Besides Online Help and Documentation, Wizard Textware has also worked on other projects, such as web page design for our clients.

OMAX web site

Client: OMAX Corporation

Time: Mar 1997 to Dec 2005

Designed original web site and generated much of the content. Assisted with implementation as professional design firm redesigned site. Kept web site updated as information changed. Compiled and distributed web site usage report and analyzed referral traffic to web site.

 

Implemented password protected distributor web site, with sales specific information. Modified ASP password protection to better track intrusion attempts and warn OMAX personnel of hacking.

 

Designed and added password protected support area for customers, which let customers download latest software and updated documentation. Added training videos which could be watched on-line or downloaded.

 

ClearForest white paper on TREAD

Client: ClearForest

Time: Oct 2003 to Nov 2003

The TREAD Act required automotive manufacturers and suppliers to collect and analyze large amounts of data related to product defects and safety. ClearForest makes software designed to manage large amounts of data and to identify relationships that may be significant. The white paper addressed how ClearForest’s product could benefit automotive manufacturers and suppliers. [Sample]

 

WWSRA Web site

Client: Western Winter Sports Representative Association
Time: Sep 1999 to Mar 2001
Developed and implemented WWSRA’s first web site, which included lists of manufacturers for use by the public. Also included was an extensive member’s section that provided show information and registration. Continued to maintain and update web site until it was taken over by WWSRA staff.
